Located down a twisting narrow alleyway, the Riad Les Bougainvilliers is a hidden gem. It offers a peaceful and tranquil escape from the hubbub of the square. The room is gorgeous and very clean, with fresh towels provided every day. The staff goes above and beyond to cater to your needs, providing a personalized and attentive service. The breakfast is delicious and can be enjoyed wherever and whenever you please. The rooftop terrace and outdoor pool provide a beautiful view and a great place to relax.
Some other aspects of the hotel could use improvement.

We had the most amazing stay at this hotel. The staff were really good and catered to all our needs. The hotel facilities were great, with a beautiful pool and spacious rooms. The breakfast served was delicious and the staff were friendly and helpful. The location was perfect, just a stone's throw away from the main square, making it easy to explore the city.

I had the most very nice Moroccan cooking lesson at this beautiful Riad. Youssef, the head chef, took us to the market where we learned about the spices and ingredients. We then returned to the Riad and learned to make authentic Moroccan dishes like tagine and delicious filo pastry dessert. The cooking was enjoyable and not too technical. The Riad itself was a perfect blend of contemporary and traditional architecture. I highly recommend this Riad Les Bougainvilliers for a nice and educational experience.

We had an incredible stay at this luxurious 4-star hotel. The location couldn't have been better, situated in a quiet alleyway of the Medina, surrounded by many shops. The hotel staff were extremely helpful and attentive, providing excellent room service and catering to all of our needs. The rooms were beautifully decorated and well-maintained, offering a comfortable and relaxing environment. We were also impressed with the variety of amenities available, such as the in-room safe, mini-bar, and terrace, which enhanced our overall experience. The hotel's restaurant offered a delicious breakfast and dinner, with a range of options to choose from. Additionally, the hotel had a spa and wellness center with fantastic services, including massages and beauty treatments, perfect for unwinding after a busy day exploring the city.
